BraveNight
Our story

About BraveNight

BraveNight started with a simple idea: bedtime fear is common, temporary, and workable — with the right small steps, in the right order.

We built BraveNight for parents who've tried the usual advice — night-lights, reassurance, sticker charts — and still find bedtime harder than it should be. Fear of the dark is one of the most common challenges families face between ages 3 and 10, yet most guidance treats it as an all-or-nothing problem.

Instead, BraveNight breaks the journey into 21 small, sequential steps — each one just slightly harder than the last, so a child's confidence builds night by night instead of being asked to leap all at once.

Gentle over forceful

We believe lasting confidence comes from small wins your child chooses, not pressure they endure.

Built with real families

Every step in the plan is shaped by how parents and children actually experience bedtime, not theory alone.

Progress over perfection

Some nights go backward. The plan is built to bend, not break, when that happens.
