Everything parents ask us before starting the 21-day plan.

Parents of children ages 3–10 who are afraid of the dark or resist sleeping alone, and who want a gentle, structured routine instead of a nightly battle.
It's not designed for children outside the 3–10 age range, and it isn't a substitute for professional support — if your child has significant clinical anxiety, please talk to your pediatrician first.
21 daily guided steps, delivered one at a time, Printable brave-kit checklist & progress tracker, Parent support guide for setbacks and slow nights, Lifetime access to your dashboard.
Five to ten minutes, most nights. Each day's step is short and focused, delivered one at a time in your dashboard.
Three phases: days 1–7 focus on naming the fear and setting up a calm environment, days 8–14 introduce small tools your child controls, and days 15–21 gradually work toward your child sleeping independently.
Most families notice smaller wins — less resistance at bedtime, calmer goodnights — within the first week. The full 21 days build toward independent sleep, and every child moves at their own pace.
That's okay. Children can move at different paces, and the plan allows you to repeat a step or take a slower night when needed.
The later phases of the plan are specifically about gradually building the confidence to sleep independently, one small step at a time.
The 21-day plan is built around one child's pace. If you have more than one child, you can work through the steps with each child separately, adjusting timing for your household as needed.
No special products are required — the plan uses a night-light and a comfort object, things most families already have.
No. BraveNight is a parenting and routine-building program, not medical or psychological treatment. If you have clinical concerns about anxiety or sleep, please talk to your pediatrician.
