This page outlines, in plain language, how BraveNight would handle information from parents and about children using the program. It is a working draft, not a finalized legal document.
Information we collect
Account information you provide directly, such as your name and email address. Checkout does not yet connect to a live payment processor; once one is integrated, card details will be handled directly by that processor and not stored by BraveNight.
Program progress, such as which days you've marked complete, so your dashboard can reflect where you left off.
Information about your child
Any details you choose to enter about your child (such as an age range) are used only to tailor guidance within the program, and are never sold or used for advertising.
How we use information
To provide access to the 21-day plan and track your progress through it.
To respond to support requests you send us, and to send essential account or order communications.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Once service providers (such as a payment processor) are integrated, limited data will be shared with them strictly to operate the program.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us.
